CB&I Storage Solutions business has been awarded a study by a leading natural gas producer to research opportunities to
expand current liquid hydrogen storage capacity limits. Industry leaders across the energy spectrum recognize that effective, affordable storage solutions are imperative to achieve a sustainably powered future, said Samik Mukherjee, McDermott s Group Senior Vice President for Projects. Hydrogen, like wind and solar, plays a major role in decarbonization and this study aims to unlock even greater potential in this field.
CB&I Storage Solutions specializes in field-erected spherical cryogenic hydrogen storage and is currently building the world s largest liquid hydrogen sphere for NASA.

TPG, General Atlantic, PremjiInvest and Multiples Alternate Asset Management are in talks to invest in the Vertex Ventures- and 3one4 Capital-backed company, sources said.
KBR has been awarded a contract to provide technical advisory solutions to SK E&S for its hydrogen development business in South Korea. SK Group announced late last year that it would invest in assets that will provide hydrogen as a next-generation eco-friendly energy source.

Angolan Petroleum Regulator (ANPG) in its drive to optimise reserves and production from mature fields. This contract builds on Belltree’s extensive experience in highlighting asset potential via data-driven, national benchmarking projects for sovereign nations such as the UK, Norway, Netherlands & UAE.
The ANPG benchmarking project commences January 2021 and will leverage ANPG asset data alongside Belltree’s proprietary bMark™ software and data science expertise. The project will take six months to complete and will deliver ANPG a ranked portfolio of assets with upside reserves & production potential.
Neptune Energy has been awarded a total of six new licences in the Awards in Predefined Areas (APA) 2020, announced by the Norwegian Ministry of Petroleum and Energy.?
